Demonstrates extremely mature demeanor and quality work ethic; organizes pre and post workout batting cage sessions with teammates and probes all members of staff for ways in which to improve; gets continual reps outside of game action that are unparalleled compared to most within a professional environment; shows rapport with battery mates and leadership qualities on the field with calm, composed demeanor behind the plate; shows traits that will translate and project at the highest level, presents a higher floor to profile; valuable asset outside of literal baseball value; first on field for afternoon pregame work consistently.

Run (Present 3; Future 2) -

Shows poor footspeed, sluggish straight line speed with labored strides and inconsistent effort; 4.52, 4.47, 4.63; body not conducive for footspeed to be retained through continual age, lacks any significant utility on the basepaths; can show cerebral tendencies and read pitcher tells fairly well, lacks sufficient footspeed to capitalize; dense frame

Player Role:

Floor - Backup Catcher (4)

Realistic - Starting Second Division Catcher (45)

Ceiling - Starting First Division Catcher (55)

HIGH RISK

Nuñez demonstrates adept and advanced work ethic and quality makeup that exponentially increases the chances of the profile actualizing alongside the value of a premium clubhouse presence and leader; shows above average barrel skills and potential for bat-to-ball at the plate with quality athleticism behind plate. Limitations at the plate alongside lack of present polish and remaining development increase risk of profile with a more realistic role and present profile projection closer to floor than ceiling at the highest level. Shows aptitude and derise to improve enough to secure a major league role once development nears conclusion; enough makeup and athletifism to stick and develop behind the plate with traits conducive for further and greater development at a premium defensive position. Still development remaining at the plate with swing presenting limitations to future profile
