Sean Manaea (LHP/Oakland) -

CD Pelham (LHP/Texas) -

Below average arm speed; shows fluidity, loose arm action, 3/4 slot; crossfire, moderate core strength, foot strike fairly firm, slightly inverted, significant spine tilt; frequently rotational, moderate leg kick; slight back half collapse, predominantly upright through drive; raises glove at set, breaks at belt; third base side of rubber; moderate arm drag for spin; limited athleticism through delivery, moderate strength through lower half and core; minimal quick twitch actions; potential command projection through arm action. Fastball 93-95; inconsistent life from left side; firm, moderate run in lower reaches of band; fledgling ability to add and subtract to pitch dependent on sequence; well below average present command; inconsistent downhill plane, slight sinking action flashes; struggles to consistently show feel to work north-south, pitch shows fairly true with minimal action frequently; arm speed and action to pitch diminishes effectiveness of offering in game, arm action shows potential for greater future command; average potential. Yaisel Sierra (RHP/Dodgers) -




High waisted; definition through shoulders: muscular, chiseled torso and upper half, length to strong muscular arms; long legs and length throughout frame, lean muscular thighs; moderate base through hips; at physical maturity, no remaining physical projection; moderate maintenance and risk frame through development. Above average arm speed, mild recoil through deceleration; relative ease to arm acceleration; slightly higher than 3/4 slot, moderate arm drag for spin; stab, large shoulder tilt, slight crossfire; spine tilt, stresses on lower half; late back half collapse, predominantly upright through drive, firm slightly inverted foot strike; looks away from plate, rocks into motion; glove set and break and belt; middle of rubber; linear drive, opens front on occasion; shows strength through drive, controlled leg kick, pause prior to foot strike; moderate athleticism, less strength than frame would indicate; shows quick twitch explosiveness on mound. Cody Ponce (RHP/Brewers) -




Large, physical build; broad shoulders, prominent barrel chest; moderate excess through midsection, slimmer from previous Instructional League; wide base to hips, significant mass through trunk, big butt, compact through lower half; limited length through frame; large legs, thick thighs; at physical maturity and absolute physical max, no remaining physical projection; very high maintenance frame through development. Above average arm speed, compact arm path; shows fluidity through arm action, command potential future; 3/4 slot, more exerted violent arm declaration in higher velocity bands; controlled, powerful leg kick, gradual through drive, slight back half collapse; shoulder tilt, firm foot strike; drive more controlled and athletic from previous Instructional League, greater functional strength, compact delivery with minimal moving parts; remains closed, minimal torque incorporated; slight head whack through extension, arm acceleration mildly exerted. Fastball 90-94 T95; explosive life, premium arm strength; shows pitching acumen and ability to add and subtract to pitch, achieve decent run and depth and lower bands, orients hand and wrist on top of pitch and achieves quality downhill plane; above average command potential; changes batter slightline, achieves natural cut action and late life in higher bands to four-seam; shows ability to work east-west within zone; throw quality strikes; mixes fastball action and velocity, advanced feel and present command for pitch, likely to work in present band in rotation capacity; plus potential. Cut Slider 81-87; manipulates shape and depth to pitch well, advanced feel; shows shorter cut like action in higher velocity band; tight spinning greater above average slider like tilt and vertical depth in lower velocity band; potential for weak contact and swing-and-miss when required; bores in on left handed bats, can throw for strikes and command out of zone; plus potential pitch. Demonstrates advanced pitching acumen and feel with quality strike throwing ability with all pitches, risk through profile in maintenance of frame and possessing requisite mid-rotation athleticism; realistic #4 rotation arm, ceiling mid-rotation arm; high risk 





Branden Kelliher (RHP/Oakland) -




Compact, sturdy build; limited length through frame; some moderate definition through shoulders, body softer with greater excess through midsection from previous Instructional League; significant mass through midsection, trunk; wider base through hips; prominent chest, smaller hands; still yet to reach physical maturity, at absolute physical max; frame has become softer, body already with extreme maintenance and risk. Average arm speed, explosive arm acceleration; more exerted, violence through deceleration; slightly higher than 3/4 slot; stab, large shoulder tilt; lacks fluidity through arm action; very limited athleticism, poor strength through drive, labored quickly through appearances; poor stamina and present athleticism not requisite for rotation capacity; head whack through extension, inconsistent moderate leg kick; unbridled, hurried at times; upright through drive, slight back half collapse; slight spine tilt and slight crossfire; inverted firm foot strike; hands set and break at belt, slightly oriented towards first base side of rubber; lacks physical projection and athleticism potential to function consistently on mound in future; poor body language on mound; possesses makeup, personable and outgoing with teammates and coaching staff. Fastball 92-95; shows decent late life to pitch, immature pitching acumen, well below average present command; mild late cut action in higher bands; inconsistent plane and north-south ability; often unable to facilitate and change batter slightline; inconsistent haphazard ability to achieve mild run through lower band; shoulders often leak, opens entire front half frequently through drive; pitch shows late intensity; lacks potential command projection to actualize entirely; fringe potential. Curveball 80-82; flashes tight spinning above average depth, poor feel and inconsistent rotation, unable to throw for strike or subtract from exaggerated 11-5 depth; services purely as chase pitch at present, unlikely to actualize without requisite fastball command; poor arm speed and extension replication, leaks front half through pitch, more sweeping action as opposed to usual spike action and depth at times; elevates slot to get on top of pitch appropriately; lacks acumen and feel with pitch at present; below average potential. Changeup 84-86; achieves moderate fading action and average depth to pitch at times; very poor arm speed replication and inconsistent extension, shows firm poor sinking action haphazardly; arm action not conducive for pitch consistency; potential limited through lack of fastball command projection; generated some left-handed swings and misses off pitch; most advanced pitch through present arsenal; below average potential.
