Compact arm path, average arm speed; accelerates through load; shows ability to replicate arm path and release points; 3/4 slot, lowers slightly at times; arm action shows moderate command potential; fluidity, fairly easy and explosive arm acceleration; violence through deceleration; moderate, controlled leg kick; slight rotation through drive; demonstrates athleticism enough to sustain delivery and drive; moderate collapse as drive initiates and front leg lowers; first base side of rubber, slight rock into motion; extends and closed gloveside, remains closed through delivery consistently; softer foot strike, slightly inverted at times; demonstrates requisite strength and athleticism to have potential at rotation capacity, minimal moving parts; compact, repeatable throughout. Slider 87-90; tight spinning action and rotation achieved to pitch; hard vertical spike and 10-4 sweeping shape; flashes late dive; pitch shape varies; good feel for pitch; able to replicate arm speed and extension to pitch, mild arm drag later through outing; adds and subtracts to shape and pitch depth, shows ability to throw for strikes; slighter cut like shape and action at times; quality late depth, potential out pitch; commanded and sequenced well, increased depth out of zone; worked in all counts; shows confidence in pitch; firm, flatter shape on couple of pitches, rarity; minimal velocity separation; front and back doors, quality advanced feel for pitch with premium tight and late action; plus potential pitch. Shows quality physicality despite older age for level and minimal physical projection remaining alongside quality feel and action to pitches; very cerebral and aggressive on mound, desires to compete and win with good composure; athleticism and strength plus compact delivery allow for moderate command potential and enough to function in rotation capacity once development nears completion; advanced for level; realistic #4 starter, ceiling mid-rotation starter (High Risk) 








Michael Kelly (RHP) -





Length through lower half; higher set waist; muscular lean thighs, long arms, large hands; moderate base through shoulders; moderate excess through midsection; wider base through hips, large butt; weight centered through trunk; muscular chest and shoulders; frame at physical maturity with no remaining physical projection; shows moderate maintenance and risk through continual development and eventual physical decline. Stab, shoulder tilt; average arm speed; easy arm acceleration and smooth through arm declaration; arm action lacks fluidity; poorly controlled moderate leg kick, upright with back half collapse through drive; frequently closes and becomes rotational, very poor strength and use of athleticism through drive; frequently drifts towards plate; extends and closes gloveside, frequently leaks and opens upper half; firm inverted foot strike, inconsistent replication of stride length; slight rock into motion, hurried kick and load from stretch; 1.33-1.42 to home, slow; poor pitching acumen and composure on mound; lacks requisite rotation athleticism and strength; collapses front half through extension, poor extension frequently to pitches; poor body language on mound; limited to bullpen capacity with poor physical projection at high probability of body deterioration through age and lack of strength and consistency on mound. Fastball 91-94 T96; shows moderate feel for pitch in ability to add and subtract to velocity when necessary; wained and labored as outing progressed; moderate run in lower reaches of velocity band, shows natural cut and late life in higher bands; pitch flashes quality extension and quality late life to plate sporadically; sits predominantly within lower band; became more exerted for greater reaches of velocity band as outing progressed; shows below average command, mild natural cut at times; struggles to consistently throw for strikes; can work north-south sparingly and changes sightline in sequence appropriately at times; lacks command projection despite ease through arm acceleration with extremely poor drive replication and strength alongside body not conducive for further improvement in that aspect; moderate flashes of life enough to potentially function within bullpen capacity; above average potential in bullpen capacity. Curveball 78-83; inconsistent replication of desired depth and shape, struggles to replicate extension and arm speed consistently to pitch; shows former flatter dimension frequently with minimal feel; flashes moderate depth and 11-5 shape with below average spin; achieves later action and break from release at times; flashes sporadically; lacked requisite feel for pitch throughout outing; lacks fastball command projection for pitch to fully actualize in game, inconsistent replication and poor athleticism stunt potential pitch development, showed greater depth within spring outings; poor strike throwing ability and ability to subtract to pitch depth consistently; below average potential in bullpen capacity. Changeup 83-86; moderate fading action achieved at times with limited deception; poor extension and sporadic arm speed replication; lacks requisite fluidity through arm action for pitch development; has not responded to development within years inside of a professional environment; flashes moderate fade and slow developing tumbling action at times; shows firm with poor extension and replication frequently, projection significantly inhibited through lack of fastball command projection and adequate deception to pitch; frequently has upper half fly open with pitch, poor timing and feel for pitch; struggles to throw consistently for strikes and play with pitch depth; below average potential within bullpen capacity. Shows moderate base through shoulders; narrow through hips; slight build with length throughout; high set waist; long lean legs; long arms and levers; large hands and long fingers; trim through midsection; moderate definition through chest; shows sustainable build with limited physical projection remaining; at age of absolute physical maturity; lower risk for probable future maintenance through frame. Fluidity through arm action, above average arm speed; explosive, easy arm acceleration with mild recoil through deceleration; shows loose and fluid with attributes conducive for command potential; lower than 3/4 slot through slightly higher than accustomed low 3/4 slot, crossbody finish; deep rock into motion and large leg kick; extreme third base side of rubber; opens front half through lower half, moderately rotational drive; remains closed through upper half, quality torque through delivery; large back half collapse and slight crossfire; shows controlled, quality athleticism and strength on mound and through drive; inverted foot strike, can stiffen at times; shows ability to replicate consistently within bullpen capacity. Fastball 93-97; sat within higher reaches of velocity band, explosive premium life and left side with moderate run in lower reaches of band and quality late tailing and sinking action; works pitch east-west and establishes down in zone effectively; gets on top of pitch and orients wrist and hand above pitches consistently from lower slot; above average command potential within bullpen; crisp late life and hop to plate; quality extension and command projection; potential to generate outs consistently at the highest level, especially within situational capacity; plus potential pitch in bullpen capacity. Slider 82-85; inconsistent arm speed replication and mild arm drag at times, poor extension achieved to pitch; shows greater, improved depth from years past; 1-7 and varying 2-8 shape and late breaking vertical depth and softer tilt; shows better snap and late spinning action with moderate feel for pitch; shows ability to subtract and throw for strikes, increase depth through and out of zone; still in stages of development, potential to play to potential off premium fastball life and potential command at highest level; can soften, shows more rolling action at times still; average potential in bullpen capacity. Changeup 83-84; shows predominantly firm with mild fading life flashing at times; inconsistent below average depth consistently achieved to pitch; lesser fade with firmer late sinking action frequently; inconsistent arm speed replication and extension achieved to pitch, flashes; arm action conducive for further pitch development, has shown improvement over previous year; potential to function in limited change-of-pace capacity and actualize off fastball command; fringe potential in bullpen capacity. Shows sustainable premium fast twitch build with quality arm action and left handed fastball life and velocity; ability to function within versatile bullpen roles at the highest level and generate outs in situational capacities; realistic left handed situational bullpen arm, ceiling 7th inning bullpen arm (Moderate Risk) 









Colby Blueberg (RHP) -





Stocky set build; higher set waist for frame, wider base through hips, thick through trunk; present excess through midsection, large chest; lesser length through build; moderate definition and base through shoulders; frame not conducive for further positive development, at physical maturity and physical max; no remaining physical projection; frame at high risk and high maintenance though regulated to exclusive bullpen capacity at present. Fringe arm speed; poor arm action; late extension with 3/4 slot; orients slightly lower at times; third base side of rubber; shows quality deception and extension to pitches; large back half collapse prior to initiating drive fully, drifts towards plate; compact, condensed closed stride; delays and drags back half, extends and fires back half through violently; increases deception of pitches; shows moderate athleticism and ability to replicate drive in bursts; shows strength out of bullpen; achieves quality life and extension to pitches; able to replicate enough to demonstrate command potential enough to function in bullpen capacity. Fastball 92-93; shows hard late tailing action and hard late natural cut to pitch; aided through deception to delivery and later extension and drag; intense late life and difficult to track; shows fringe command aggressive to zone; attacks batters; utilizes with confidence regardless of counts or batter handedness; very competitive on mound; utilizes pitch south and gloveside; upper half can leak through on occasion; struggles to locate armside portion of zone; minimal run with predominant two way action to pitch; quality enough to function to both handed sides at present level and beyond; shows ability to work north with pitch at times; demonstrates pitching acumen and cerebral tendencies on mound; ideal bullpen demeanor with quality action and deception; plus potential pitch in bullpen capacity. Changeup 81-83; quality softer fading action and life; shows earlier softer fade from release occasionally; able to replicate extension and flashes arm speed replication; potential to develop off fastball command projection, arm action not conducive for projection; consistent softer action and fade provides third avenue of action to sequence off of two way fastball and slider; able to achieve quality action to pitch; inconsistent feel and strike throwing ability, struggles to replicate delivery at times; average potential in bullpen capacity.
